About Lauren

Lauren Armstrong is a South Carolina Gamecock transplanted to Michigan. She and her husband, Alex, have been married for 15 years and have two kids, Olivia and Jude, who keep them on their toes. After graduating from Southwestern Seminary, she has enjoyed a 15-year ministry counseling children, youth, and families as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Her love for restoration and renovation runs through her ministry, work, and hobbies. She loves the outdoors and experiencing God’s wonder through his creation. God continues to work through Trek, and she is excited to be a part of this thriving ministry!
