Internships are an important step in leadership and ministry preparation
Over the past 45 years, Wilderness Trek has employed over 700+ part-time or seasonal staff members. These 700+ men and women went on to become leaders in churches, communities, and businesses around the world. Over the past 4 years, we have invested heavily in internships, both short-term (summer) and year-round. Internships are a wonderful way to help young adults learn the leadership and ministry skills they need to enter the workforce and grow in leadership.

We are continuing this long line of internships this year and are excited to announce that our newest intern Zach started this week! Zach was one of our wonderful summer guides and will be working with our multimedia, outreach, and communications projects this next year. Zach is a passionate witness to the gospel and is deeply gifted in evangelism and videography. We are excited to have him on our team and we cannot wait to see how he uses his gifts and talents to help this great ministry.
