Wilderness Trek + Glorieta Camps = Adventure!
Wilderness Trek and Glorieta Wilderness have merged!
This combining of two great ministries and all their resources gives us a larger footprint and allows us to reach more people with the life-changing message of the Gospel through adventure activities.
History and expertise combined!
Since 1976 Wilderness Trek has taken over 30,000 teens and adults through one of our 1-week wilderness programs. As one of the oldest and largest Christian outfitters in the world, we have been leading Christ-centered wilderness trips for decades and have a history of providing spiritual wilderness experiences for generations of teens and families.
For the past decade, Glorieta wilderness has steadily risen to be one of the nations premier Christian outfitters. With a top-notch training program, a long history of excellence, and a reputation of quality programming, they have set the bar for professionalism in Christian Camping and have developed a reputation as one of the top training grounds for men and women wanting to go into professional guiding services.
Amazing New Locations!
With almost 3,000 acres nestled just outside of Santa Fe, NM Glorieta Camps is a perfect location for our new basecamp! With over 50 miles of private hiking trails, rock climbing and repelling onsite, as well as activities like a lake for swimming, mountain biking, and dedicated wilderness lodging for over 250 people, our new basecamp is the largest, and nicest facility in the country for guided outfitting. Because it is remotely located on private property with fully trained First Aid, security and safety staff, it is also one of the safest!
Additionally, as fully licensed outfitters with the USFS, we now have permits in 6 states. With amazing trips to multiple locations.

An Exciting New Future!
By combining both Wilderness Programs into one larger program with multiple locations and abilities, we are creating one of the largest Christain Outfitting services in the nation! We will now be conducting year around programs for churches, schools, businesses, families, small groups and individuals in many locations around the country and internationally. Additionally, our Professional Guide Semester will prepare and train up generations of Christian men and women to work in the outdoor industry.
