Teen Trek
Teen 6-Day Trek 
This is the basic program of Wilderness Trek. It is designed for young people, 14 - 19 years of age, and the adults who work with them (including parents). Groups of 20 teens and adults spend 6 days (5 days in the wilderness) learning the skills necessary to be strong servant leaders. Teen Trek has a strong spiritual emphasis. A day of white water rafting can also be added (see Pack & Paddle Trek).
The week culminates with an attempt on one of Colorado's highest summits. Other activities include rappelling and Solo Day. Groups and individuals may schedule their arrival on any Saturday or Sunday (2:00 p.m.), starting with the second weekend of June and go through the first Saturday of August.
The fee* for the 6-Day Teen Trek is $ 340 (if all monies are submitted by May 4, 2009) or $ 365 (if balances are submitted after May 4, 2009). Teens and adults may register as a group or as individuals. To register your teen group click here.
Groups of any size can participate. If your group is 15-20 in size you will be on the trail with just those from your group. If your group has 4 - 14 you may have another smaller group added to your number. If you bring more than 20 participants, you will be divided in two or more groups of 12 - 20. The ideal ratio of teens to adults is 4:1 or 3:1.
To register as an individual download the 2009 Individual Reservation Agreement. After you have completed it, mail the form and your $ 100 deposit to: Wilderness Trek, PO Box 831040, Richardson, TX 75083-1040.

5-Day Teen Treks
Five-day intineraries are available to teen groups. Groups may arrive on Saturday or Sunday and depart on the following Wednesday or Thursday evening. Similar to 6-Day Treks, groups participate in rappelling, backpacking, a summit attempt and solo time, but spend one less day in the wilderness.
The fee* for the 5-Day Teen Trek is $320 per person, if final balance is paid by 5/4/09, $345 per person, if paid after 5/4/09.
