On this page you can register your group or you can register an individual (yourself or your student). You can also pay your Trek fee via credit card. Note: Student participants must be 14 yrs. of age by September 1, 2008, or going into the 9th grade.
Individual Reservations
There are two ways to make a reservation for yourself or your student: 1) Reserve On-Line - use your credit card to pay Individual deposit, final payment or full fee 2) Reserve By Mail - send a check with your Individual Reservation Form. Note: If you are registering 10 business days (or less) prior to your start date, you must use on-line registration.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS - PAY YOUR FEE ON-LINE
All Treks start on Saturday, 2:00 PM, or Sunday, 2:00 PM, and end by 9:00 PM on the last day. Click below on the start date for your Trek. Follow the four easy steps to register yourself or your student. Once we receive your on-line registration we will add you (or your student) to an existing group and send you all the information you need via e-mail to prepare for your Trek.
NOTE: You will be reserving through our arrangement with Active.com. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM OR LOG IN THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM. YOU CAN SKIP THE STEP WHERE THEY ASK YOU TO CREATE A LOG IN ID. JUST USE THE "GUEST ACCESS" BUTTON.
Important: If you are wishing to add yourself (or your student) to a specific group, be sure you have checked with the group's coordinator to make sure room is still available. Otherwise you (or your student) will be added to a group that is not full. For group coordinator contact information call 1-800-833-4218.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS BY MAIL
Download Individual Reservation Agreement (for individuals going on any Trek but not registering through a group). Please complete this form and mail it to us along with your payment (deposit or full fee). For a complete listing of fees see Costs at the bottom of this web page. Please make checks payable to Wilderness Trek. Mail your form and fee to Wilderness Trek, PO Box 831040, Richardson, TX 75083-1040. We will send you reservation confirmation and everything you need to prepare for your Trek. If you are registering less than 10 days prior to your start date, you must register on-line using your credit card.
Group Reservation
There are two ways to make a reservation for your group: 1) Reserve On-Line - use your credit card to pay reservation fee 2) Reserve By Mail - send a check with your Group Reservation Form. Note: If you are registering 7 days (or less) prior to your start date, you must use on-line registration.
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a promotional DVD, posters, brochures, participant handbooks (which contains a list of what each participant should bring and an individual registration form) ... everything you need to promote Trek and to help prepare your group to come to Colorado.

GROUP RESERVATIONS BY MAIL
Download 2008 Group Reservation Agreement. Complete the Group Reservation Form (page 3 of the Agreement) and mail to us along with the appropriate Group Reservation Fee ($ 100 for 1 - 20 participants, $ 200 for 21 or more). Riverside Lodge & Campground
If you want to reserve lodging at the Riverside Lodge (motel at the Wilderness Trek base camp) download the Riverside Lodge Reservation Information or contact Jane Martin, 719-221-2332, booklodging@hotmail.com. Note: Riverside Lodge and Campground are owned separately and are not a part of Wilderness Trek Christian Camp.
What's included ?
All Treks are five or six-day day journeys in the wilderness. Groups (and individuals) arrive at our base camp on Saturday or Sunday (2:00 p.m.) to begin their Trek. Included in the cost of Trek are: use of all equipment (pack, sleeping bag, insulite pad, tent, cook gear, etc.), trail food, guide fees, spiritual training journal, T-shirt and banquet meal. College/Young Adult Treks, Adult Treks, Family Treks and all Pack & Paddle Treks include additional items. For a complete description of each Trek program, select from the following:
